Tailored therapy for real, lasting change

Our Specialities

No two journeys are the same, and neither is our approach. At Revolution Psychology, we specialise in evidence-based, personalised therapy designed to meet you where you are. If you are struggling with anything from trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor body image, stress or adult ADHD, we’re here to provide expert guidance and practical tools to help you heal and move forward.

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about real transformation. We integrate science-backed strategies with a deeply personal approach, ensuring that every session is meaningful, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. From gaining clarity and resilience to breaking old patterns, we’re here to support you in building a future that feels lighter, clearer, and truly your own.

  • We provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy designed to help you process and heal from past experiences. Whether you're dealing with PTSD or other trauma-related challenges, we offer a safe and supportive space for recovery and personal growth.

  • Personalised therapy available both in person and online, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. We work with you to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, emotion dysregulation, and ADHD management, offering tailored support for lasting change.

  • Our trauma-informed ADHD assessment is designed for adults to help differentiate ADHD from symptoms stemming from other factors such as trauma. Conducted in person or online, we provide a thorough report and offer personalised feedback to guide you toward the best possible next steps.

  • Life can bring unexpected changes, and we’re here to help you navigate those moments. Whether you're managing stress, going through grief, facing life transitions, or simply looking for support to build resilience, our therapy helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for eligible psychology sessions with a valid referral. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you may be able to claim a rebate on your sessions. Learn more about how Medicare can help make therapy more accessible below.

  • We believe that quality mental healthcare should be accessible to everyone. The Medicare Better Access Scheme helps make this possible by offering rebates for psychology sessions to those with a diagnosed mental health condition. Under this scheme, you may be eligible for a rebate on up to 10 individual and 10 group therapy sessions per calendar year.

The term ‘mental health disorder’ includes a range of conditions that significantly impact emotions, thoughts, decision-making, and social interactions. Medicare rebates apply to people experiencing challenges such as mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, sleep and fatigue concerns, psychotic disorders, unexplained physical symptoms, behavioural difficulties, and attention issues.

  • To claim Medicare rebates for psychology sessions, you’ll need a referral from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. If you’re seeing a GP, they will need to complete a Mental Health Treatment Plan before referring you. We recommend booking a longer appointment with your GP to allow time for this.

  • Unfortunately, Medicare does not provide rebates for ADHD assessments, as it only covers treatment rather than assessment or testing. However, following your assessment, you may wish to continue with psychology sessions to support ADHD management or other areas of concern.
